State Amnesty Program

On June 24, 2015 the Governor signed into law an 18-month amnesty program to provide relief to individuals with unpaid traffic and non-traffic infraction tickets, starting October 1, 2015.

Persons whose fines were originally due to be paid on or before January 1, 2013 may be eligible for a reduction of their debt by 50 or 80 percent, and have their driver’s license reinstated.

To find out if you qualify, call our office at (619) 515-6200, option 3 and speak to a representative about  your case.
