EMT Transfer to San Diego County Certification $115.00 ($75 state fee plus $40 county fee)
EMT Renewal or AEMT Renewal $77.00 ($37 state fee plus $40 county fee)
EMT Renewal or AEMT Renewal - Lapsed over 1 year $115.00 ($75 state fee plus $40 county fee)
EMT or AEMT Replacement Card $40.00 county fee
Paramedic Initial Accreditation or Paramedic Renewal Accreditation $40.00 county fee
MICN Initial Authorization or MICN Renewal Authorization $40.00 county fee
EMT Out of County Status
Other Healthcare Professional
No fee (conditions apply)
