Parking at the County Administration Center

Limited public parking is available at the County Administration Center (CAC) while conducting County business.  The following provides a summary of the parking regulations at the CAC.

  • Public Parking (white spaces) is reserved for the public while conducting County business.  There is a three-hour limit.  There are public parking spaces in the parking structure.  Vehicles illegally parked, or over the time limit, may be cited or towed at the owner's expense.
  • Disabled Parking (blue spaces) is reserved for vehicles displaying a Disabled placard or license plate.  Vehicles illegally parked will be cited.
  • Reserved Parking (yellow spaces) is for the exclusive use of the department to whom issued or for use indicated on the spaces, such as commercial vehicles.  Vehicles illegally parked will be cited.  Reserved parking is enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Pursuant to California Vehicle Code Sections 21113 and 22651, San Diego County Code Sections 73.101-107, and pertinent Board resolutions, parking facilities at the CAC are regulated.  Failure to obey these parking regulations may result in the issuance of citations, towing at owner's expense, and/or removal of parking privileges.  For information about parking citations, visit the Sheriff's Department web site.
