The Refugee Health Branch is funded by the State of California to provide specific services for refugees resettling in San Diego County. The two currently funded programs are the Refugee Health Assessment Program (RHAP) and the Refugee Preventive Health Program. These programs are implemented by the County Public Health Services, TB Control and Refugee Health Branch.

The Refugee Health Branch partners with various communities and organizations to address health concerns affecting newly arriving refugee groups. A description of our services and associated links are provided below.
