Future Regulatory Measures

State law (Health and Safety Code Section 40923) requires the Air Pollution Control District (APCD) to annually publish a list of regulatory measures that are scheduled or tentatively scheduled for consideration during the calendar year.

This list should not be construed as a commitment to adopt a particular rule or rule amendment; it is simply a list of possible rulemakings that the APCD may consider during the calendar year. Questions may be directed to Janet McCue at (858) 586-2712 or by email.
