If you wish to submit written materials for submission into the record or have an attachment to your comment, you may email it to APCDPublicComment@sdcounty.ca.gov or submit via U.S. Mail to 10124 Old Grove Road, San Diego, CA 92131. Materials submitted via e-mail will be distributed to the Board according to the deadlines described above. Materials submitted via U.S. Mail will need to be received the business day prior in order for it to be distributed to the Board.

Comments received prior to the start of the meeting will be distributed to the Board and posted online with the meeting materials. Comments received after the start of the meeting but before the item is called will be submitted into the written record for the corresponding agenda item.

Please review the meeting agenda before submitting the Request to Speak form because you will need to identify the agenda item and your position on the item.
