Report an unpermitted business or other concerns involving hazardous materials:
The goal of the Hazardous Materials Division (HMD) is to protect public health and the environment by ensuring that hazardous materials, hazardous waste, medical waste and underground storage tanks are properly managed. We regulate facilities that store, handle or manage materials in the following quantities: 500 pounds of a solid, 55 gallons of a liquid or 200 cubic feet of a compressed gas and any amount of medical/hazardous waste generated.

We appreciate your assistance in identifying such unpermitted facilities and will do our best to investigate and permit those sites that require a permit, but are not under permit at this time. Please follow below instructions on how to report such facilities.
