Space Available for Lease: Approximately 8 ft X 3 ft of space at the new “Southeastern Live Well Center” at the southeast corner of Market Street and Euclid Avenue in the city of San Diego. The “Southeastern Live Well Center” is being constructed by the County’s Department of Health and Human Services, with the grand opening anticipated in Summer 2023. Improvements and amenities on the property will include electrical and plumbing connections.

SELWC Refreshment Station Flyer
Comments: The County of San Diego (“County”) is seeking
proposals for the lease of the “Southeastern Live Well Center”
refreshment station, which will be located in the new County
Southeastern Live Well Center at the southeast corner of Euclid Avenue
and Market Street [Assessor Parcel Number 548-040-39-00] in the city
of San Diego, California. The County shall provide the space, which
includes utility and water connections for a refreshment station. The
selected proposer will provide a refreshment cart that can hold
beverages and food items for sale and will have access to utility
connections at the space available for lease. Additionally, the
selected proposer will have demonstrated the ability to operate and
maintain a refreshment cart open to the public, and the financial
capacity to ensure ongoing funding to cover the beverage and food
inventory, management, maintenance and rent. Interested parties should
