Comments:  The parcels have been configured to enable buyers to potentially develop the sites for residential use.  Each assemblage would provide one potential building site and will require alternate wastewater systems subject to the approval by the County’s Department of Environmental Health.  Additionally, the properties are subject to Section 4222 of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to setbacks.  It is the responsibility of each potential bidder to conduct due diligence to satisfy themselves regarding the use and development potential of the properties.

The County of San Diego is in the process of preparing to market the properties using a competitive bid process.  It is anticipated that the sale of the properties will be considered by the County’s Board of Supervisors during the third or fourth quarter of 2020.  Interested parties will be notified when the sale of the property is scheduled to be considered by the County’s Board of Supervisors.
