  • Project C.A.R.E. keeps seniors living alone from being totally isolated. The program provides referrals to community resources, reassurance calls, plus other services.


National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) San Diego

  • Nami of San Diego offers virtual support groups for people living with mental health illness and their family and caregivers.
  • Support groups are offered via the online platform Zoom, and include peer support groups, education/information meetings, family support groups, and Family-to-Family groups for family members of those with serious and persistent mental illnesses. 
  • The Family-to-Family support group is offered in Spanish.
