MHSA Annual Revenue and Expenditure Report
State policy requires the County of San Diego to post for public review the MHSA Annual Revenue and Expenditure Report (RER). The report shows annual expenditures for all MHSA components. The links on this page show the RER for each fiscal year, beginning with Fiscal Year 2015-16, The official RER is submitted to the Department of Health Care Services and a copy is forwarded to the state Mental Health Services Oversight and Advisory Commission.
