The Guide to Medi-Cal Mental Health Services is a Medi-Cal resource manual offered by the Children, Youth & Families division of Behavioral Health Services. 

This manual is for persons who are new to County services or who are currently receiving County services. Included in the manual are descriptions, phone numbers, and addresses of mental health services available in San Diego County, answers to questions about accessing services, a description of client rights, and definitions of common mental health terms.
