COVID-19 Homebound Vaccination

Homebound residents of any vaccine-eligible age (12+) may call 211 to register to receive the vaccine at their home. The process from registration to actual in-home appointment is quicker now than when this service was first rolled out.

There are also options for receiving the vaccine in a senior and disability-friendly environment. If you or your clients require special assistance, please call 211. Vaccine assistance is available if:

  • You do not have access to a computer
  • You need someone to assist you with scheduling a COVID-19 vaccine appointment
  • You need special accommodations at a vaccine clinic
  • You (or a loved one) are homebound, and need assistance getting a vaccination
