The County of San Diego and its partners are offering vaccinations to individuals in eligible priority groups.

The County of San Diego is only vaccinating people who live or
work in San Diego County AND are part of one of the
following groups:
- Healthcare workers and all others in Phase 1A
- Persons aged 65 years old and above
- Persons at risk of
occupational exposure through their work in the following
sectors:
- Emergency Services (includes emergency operations and disaster service workers, fire, law enforcement, social workers, and utility workers);
- Childcare and Education;
- Food and Agriculture
- Additional Eligible Groups
Appointments and proof of eligibility are required at most sites. Space is limited and appointments are updated regularly. Please continue to check this page for new listings.
Appointment Instructions for Sharp - South Bay Super Station
PLEASE NOTE: It is recommended that you use a browser other than Internet Explorer to complete your appointment registration.
- Select a date and time for your COVID-19 vaccine dose
- This is NOT a drive-through location. This is a walk-up
location at 565 Broadway, Chula Vista, 91910. By appointment
ONLY, no walk-ins. This location is NOT at Sharp
Memorial Hospital.

- Limited free parking is available at clinic site.
- Space is limited at the Clinic. Please do not arrive sooner than 15 minutes before your appointment or remain at the clinic beyond your visit. Wear a t-shirt to allow for easy access to the vaccination site. Bring a jacket as you may be waiting for your turn outdoors.
- At the time of your appointment, you must present photo ID/documentation to show you meet the eligibility requirements.
Documentation to show proof of employment in eligible sector should include:

- Employee or volunteer ID card; OR
- A paycheck stub or timesheet issued within the last 90 days; OR
- A letter on employer/company letterhead stating that the named individual is a permanent, probationary, temporary employee or volunteer
- You will be required to wear a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines for the duration of your visit.
- After your vaccine has been administered, you will be asked to remain at the location for a 15-minute observation period.
- Before leaving, you will be provided a vaccination card with the date of your next dose.

walk-up sites, by appointment.
