Truax Awards Registration Open

The San Diego HIV Planning Group (HPG) invites you to join us on Friday, December 1, 2023 to recognize and celebrate the incredible contributions made by those who go above and beyond in the field of HIV work and in a fight against the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

The date coincides with the annual World AIDS Day and honors the memory of Dr. A. Brad Truax. Dr. Truax was one of the first physicians in San Diego to treat people with HIV/AIDS and has dedicated his career to the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS.

During the event, we will announce the winners in four categories and present a Lifetime Achievement award. We encourage you to invite your friends, family, and colleagues from your organizations to this special reception.
