Mt. Etna - Crime Lab          

 

The County of San Diego is working with Chelsea Investment Corporation to help ease the regional housing affordability crisis. The County and Chelsea are in the early stages of outreach and community engagement on the proposed affordable homes at Genesee and Mt. Etna (the former County crime lab site).
