El Sistema de Revisi\u00f3n de Servicios para Ni\u00f1os y Familias de California (C-CFSR) se inspir\u00f3 en un sistema federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El sistema C-CFSR incluye:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Una autoevaluaci\u00f3n del condado que incluye una revisi\u00f3n por pares<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A five-year System Improvement Plan\u202f(SIP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Informes anuales de progreso del SIP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Informes de datos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-county-self-assessment-csa\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-toc=\"true\">Autoevaluaci\u00f3n del condado (CSA)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta es una revisi\u00f3n del sistema de acogida familiar y los programas de libertad condicional del Condado. La evaluaci\u00f3n se realiza cada cinco a\u00f1os con la ayuda de socios comunitarios. Examina el rendimiento de las pr\u00e1cticas, los programas y los recursos, a la vez que busca maneras de mejorar. Es el compromiso del Condado con la mejora del sistema de atenci\u00f3n para ni\u00f1os y familias, y se realiza cada cinco a\u00f1os. El Condado proporciona la actualizaci\u00f3n anual del SIP al estado. Los datos de estos informes provienen del Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Casos de Servicios de Bienestar Infantil (CWS\/CMS), utilizado por todos los condados del estado. Los condados son responsables de ingresar datos en el CWS\/CMS como parte del proceso del sistema de acogida. El ingreso de datos del CWS\/CMS de cada condado se sigue mejorando.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los datos pueden variar entre condados por diferentes razones, por lo que es recomendable comparar un condado con otro con precauci\u00f3n.
