data-toc=\"true\">\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u80fd\u6536\u96c6\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u53ca\u5176\u7528\u9014<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u9020\u8a2a\u7e23\u7db2\u7ad9\u671f\u9593\u9664\u4e86\u700f\u89bd\u6216\u4e0b\u8f09\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5916\u6c92\u6709\u9032\u884c\u4efb\u4f55\u64cd\u4f5c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u81ea\u52d5\u6536\u96c6\u4e26\u5132\u5b58\u6709\u95dc\u60a8\u9020\u8a2a\u7684\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u7db2\u969b\u7db2\u8def\u901a\u8a0a\u5354\u5b9a (IP) \u4f4d\u5740\u548c\u57df\u540d\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u5305\u62ec\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u5730\u5740\u3002 IP \u4f4d\u5740\u662f\u6307\u6d3e\u7d66\u60a8\u7684\u7db2\u969b\u7db2\u8def\u670d\u52d9\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\u6216\u76f4\u63a5\u6307\u6d3e\u7d66\u60a8\u96fb\u8166\u7684\u6578\u4f4d\u8b58\u5225\u78bc\u3002\u6211\u5011\u4f7f\u7528 IP \u4f4d\u5740\u5c07\u7db2\u8def\u6d41\u91cf\u5f15\u5c0e\u81f3\u60a8\uff1b&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u60a8\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u700f\u89bd\u5668\u548c\u4f5c\u696d\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u985e\u578b\u4ee5\u53ca\u60a8\u7684\u9023\u7dda\u901f\u5ea6\uff1b&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u60a8\u9020\u8a2a\u6b64\u7db2\u7ad9\u7684\u65e5\u671f\u548c\u6642\u9593\uff1b&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u60a8\u5728\u672c\u7db2\u7ad9\u6240\u9020\u8a2a\u7684\u7db2\u9801\u6216\u670d\u52d9\uff1b\u4ee5\u53ca&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u60a8\u5728\u9020\u8a2a\u6b64\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e4b\u524d\u9020\u8a2a\u904e\u7684\u7db2\u7ad9\u3002&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u6536\u96c6\u6216\u5132\u5b58\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u53ef\u80fd\u7528\u65bc\u6539\u5584\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7db2\u8def\u670d\u52d9\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u4e26\u5e6b\u52a9\u6211\u5011\u4e86\u89e3\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u5982\u4f55\u4f7f\u7528\u6211\u5011\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7db2\u7ad9\u65e5\u8a8c\u4e0d\u6703\u8b58\u5225\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u4e0d\u6703\u5617\u8a66\u5c07\u5176\u8207\u700f\u89bd\u7e23\u7db2\u7ad9\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u806f\u7e6b\u8d77\u4f86\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u9020\u8a2a\u7e23\u7db2\u7ad9\u6216\u884c\u52d5\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u671f\u9593\u767c\u9001\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u3001\u53c3\u8207\u8abf\u67e5\u6216\u5831\u544a\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u6536\u96c6\u4ee5\u4e0b\u984d\u5916\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u901a\u8a0a\uff1a\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u5730\u5740\u548c\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u5167\u5bb9\uff1b&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8abf\u67e5\uff1a\u60a8\u5728\u8abf\u67e5\u4e2d\u81ea\u9858\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7db2\u8def\u6216\u884c\u52d5\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\uff1a\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8cc7\u8a0a\u4ee5\u53ca\u8a2d\u5099\u548c\/\u6216\u6280\u8853\u898f\u683c\u5141\u8a31\u7684\u5730\u7406\u4f4d\u7f6e\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u65bc\u76f8\u6a5f\u985e\u578b\u3001\u7167\u7247\u5143\u6578\u64da\u6216\u8a2d\u5099\u578b\u865f\u548c\u4f5c\u696d\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6536\u96c6\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u50c5\u9650\u65bc\u6587\u5b57\u5b57\u7b26\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\u60a8\u767c\u9001\u7d66\u6211\u5011\u7684\u97f3\u8a0a\u3001\u8996\u8a0a\u548c\u5716\u5f62\u8cc7\u8a0a\u683c\u5f0f\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5c07\u6839\u64da\u7e23\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u9032\u884c\u4fdd\u7559\u3002\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u4f7f\u7528\u60a8\u7684\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u9032\u884c\u9069\u7576\u7684\u56de\u8986\u3002\u9019\u53ef\u80fd\u5305\u62ec\u56de\u8986\u60a8\u3001\u89e3\u6c7a\u60a8\u767c\u73fe\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3001\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u6539\u9032\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7db2\u7ad9\uff0c\u6216\u5c07\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u8f49\u767c\u7d66\u5176\u4ed6\u6a5f\u69cb\u4ee5\u63a1\u53d6\u9069\u7576\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u8abf\u67e5\u8cc7\u8a0a\u548c\u5831\u544a\u7684\u554f\u984c\u5c07\u7528\u65bc\u6307\u5b9a\u7528\u9014\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-personal-information-and-choice\" data-toc=\"true\">\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a\u548c\u9078\u64c7<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u300c\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a\u300d\u662f\u6307\u95dc\u65bc\u500b\u4eba\u4e14\u53ef\u8f15\u6613\u8fa8\u8b58\u8a72\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5305\u62ec\u500b\u4eba\u8b58\u5225\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u59d3\u540d\u3001\u5730\u5740\u548c\u96fb\u8a71\u865f\u78bc\u3002\u7db2\u57df\u540d\u7a31\u6216 IP \u4f4d\u5740\u4e0d\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9664\u975e\u60a8\u81ea\u9858\u53c3\u8207\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7d22\u53d6\u6d3b\u52d5\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u767c\u9001\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u6216\u53c3\u8207\u8abf\u67e5\uff09\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u6211\u5011\u4e0d\u6703\u6536\u96c6\u60a8\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u9078\u64c7\u4e0d\u53c3\u8207\u9019\u4e9b\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u9078\u64c7\u4e0d\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u60a8\u4f7f\u7528\u672c\u7e23\u7db2\u7ad9\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u529f\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u7db2\u7ad9\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u4f9b\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u81ea\u9858\u63d0\u4f9b\u500b\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u5247\u7e23\u6cd5\u898f\u30011977 \u5e74\u7684\u5dde\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5be6\u8e10\u6cd5\u6848\u6216 1974 \u5e74\u7684\u806f\u90a6\u96b1\u79c1\u6cd5\u6848\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u4fdd\u8b77\u5176\u4e0d\u88ab\u6d29\u9732\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5152\u7ae5\u7121\u6b0a\u4f7f\u7528\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4ea4\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u8981\u6c42\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\uff0818 \u6b72\u4ee5\u4e0b\uff09\u4e0d\u8981\u5411\u6211\u5011\u63d0\u4ea4\u4efb\u4f55\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002\u9019\u5305\u62ec\u5c07\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a\u4f5c\u70ba\u7528\u6236\u8cc7\u6599\u6216\u500b\u4eba\u5316\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u63d0\u4ea4\u7d66\u7e23\u653f\u5e9c\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u662f\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\uff0c\u5247\u5fc5\u9808\u8207\u7236\u6bcd\u6216\u6cd5\u5b9a\u76e3\u8b77\u4eba\u5171\u540c\u4f7f\u7528\u9019\u4e9b\u670d\u52d9\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u662f\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\uff0c\u60a8\u61c9\u8a72\u5c0b\u6c42\u7236\u6bcd\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-public-disclosure\" data-toc=\"true\">\u516c\u958b\u63ed\u9732<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u4fdd\u8b77\u500b\u4eba\u8b58\u5225\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u50c5\u6536\u96c6\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52d9\u6240\u9700\u7684\u5fc5\u8981\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002\u672c\u7db2\u7ad9\u6216\u900f\u904e\u7db2\u8def\u6216\u884c\u52d5\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u6536\u96c6\u7684\u6240\u6709\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5c07\u6210\u70ba\u516c\u5171\u8a18\u9304\uff0c\u516c\u773e\u53ef\u67e5\u95b1\u548c\u8907\u88fd\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u6cd5\u5f8b\u53e6\u6709\u8c41\u514d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u672c\u96b1\u79c1\u6b0a\u8072\u660e\u8207\u4efb\u4f55\u7e23\u6cd5\u4ee4\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u7ba1\u7406\u7e23\u8a18\u9304\u63ed\u9732\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u767c\u751f\u885d\u7a81\uff0c\u5247\u4ee5\u7e23\u6cd5\u4ee4\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u9069\u7528\u6cd5\u5f8b\u70ba\u6e96\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-access-and-correction-of-personal-information\" data-toc=\"true\">\u5b58\u53d6\u548c\u66f4\u6b63\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u67e5\u770b\u6211\u5011\u6536\u96c6\u7684\u95dc\u65bc\u60a8\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u4ea4\u66f8\u9762\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ef\u9760\u5730\u8aaa\u660e\u932f\u8aa4\u6240\u5728\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u66f4\u6539\u60a8\u8a8d\u70ba\u6709\u8aa4\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u8a8d\u70ba\u60a8\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7528\u65bc\u63d0\u4ea4\u6642\u9810\u671f\u7528\u9014\u4ee5\u5916\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u76ee\u7684\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u806f\u7d61\u6211\u5011\u3002\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u90fd\u6703\u63a1\u53d6\u5408\u7406\u63aa\u65bd\u9a57\u8b49\u60a8\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u518d\u6388\u4e88\u5b58\u53d6\u6b0a\u9650\u6216\u9032\u884c\u66f4\u6b63\u3002\u8acb\u53c3\u95b1\u300c\u806f\u7d61\u8cc7\u8a0a\u300d\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cookies\" data-toc=\"true\">\u9905\u4e7e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-a-cookie\"><strong>\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f Cookie\uff1f<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cookie \u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5c0f\u578b\u8cc7\u6599\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u53ef\u80fd\u5305\u542b\u4e00\u500b\u533f\u540d\u7684\u552f\u4e00\u6a19\u8b58\u7b26\uff0c\u5b83\u6703\u5f9e\u7db2\u7ad9\u7684\u96fb\u8166\u767c\u9001\u5230\u60a8\u7684\u700f\u89bd\u5668\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u53ef\u80fd\u50c5\u5728\u60a8\u7684\u6703\u8a71\u671f\u9593\u4f7f\u7528\uff08\u300c\u6703\u8a71\u300dCookie\uff09\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u5132\u5b58\u5728\u60a8\u7684\u96fb\u8166\u786c\u789f\u4e0a\uff08\u300c\u6301\u4e45\u300dCookie\uff09\u3002 Cookie \u53ef\u4ee5\u5305\u542b\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u9020\u8a2a\u7db2\u7ad9\u671f\u9593\u7684\u6d3b\u52d5\u8cc7\u6599\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7684\u700f\u89bd\u5668\u8edf\u9ad4\u8a2d\u5b9a\u70ba\u5141\u8a31 Cookie\uff0c\u7db2\u7ad9\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5411\u60a8\u767c\u9001\u5176\u81ea\u8eab\u7684 Cookie\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-are-cookies-used-on-websites\"><strong>\u7db2\u7ad9\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u8981\u4f7f\u7528cookies\uff1f<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cookie \u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u9020\u8a2a\u7db2\u7ad9\u671f\u9593\u4fdd\u6301\u9023\u7e8c\u6027\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u5141\u8a31\u5728\u7528\u6236\u700f\u89bd\u7db2\u7ad9\u6642\u4fdd\u5b58\u8cc7\u6599\u4ee5\u4f9b\u7528\u6236\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u9019\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba\u300c\u6703\u8a71\u300d\u6216\u300c\u7ba1\u7406\u300dCookie\u3002\u9019\u4e9b Cookie \u6703\u5728\u60a8\u7d42\u6b62\u9020\u8a2a\u7db2\u7ad9\u6642\u6d88\u5931\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5b83\u5011\u50c5\u5728\u6703\u8a71\u671f\u9593\u4fdd\u5b58\u5728\u700f\u89bd\u5668\u7684\u6d3b\u52d5\u8a18\u61b6\u9ad4\u4e2d\u3002 Cookie \u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u5132\u5b58\u5728\u60a8\u7684\u96fb\u8166\u4e0a\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u7db2\u7ad9\u5728\u60a8\u5f8c\u7e8c\u9020\u8a2a\u6642\u8b58\u5225\u60a8\u3002\u7576\u60a8\u518d\u6b21\u9020\u8a2a\u7db2\u7ad9\u6642\uff0c\u767c\u9001\u5b83\u5011\u7684\u7db2\u7ad9\u6703\u8b80\u53d6\u5b83\u5011\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u901a\u5e38\u7528\u65bc\u9700\u8981\u60a8\u767b\u5165\u7684\u7db2\u7ad9\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u60a8\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u6bcf\u6b21\u9020\u8a2a\u6642\u8f38\u5165\u6240\u6709\u767b\u5165\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5132\u5b58\u6709\u95dc\u60a8\u7684\u552f\u4e00\u8b58\u5225\u78bc\u548c\u60a8\u4e4b\u524d\u9020\u8a2a\u904e\u7684\u7db2\u7ad9\u5340\u57df\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002\u9019\u4e9b Cookie \u5728\u60a8\u96e2\u958b\u7db2\u7ad9\u5b58\u53d6\u5f8c\u4ecd\u5132\u5b58\u5728\u60a8\u7684\u96fb\u8166\u786c\u789f\u4e0a\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u901a\u5e38\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba\u300c\u6301\u4e45\u6027\u300dCookie\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-choices-about-cookies\"><strong>\u95dc\u65bc Cookie \u7684\u9078\u64c7<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c07\u700f\u89bd\u5668\u8a2d\u5b9a\u70ba\u63a5\u53d7\u6240\u6709 Cookie\u3001\u62d2\u7d55\u6240\u6709 Cookie \u6216\u5728\u767c\u9001 Cookie \u6642\u901a\u77e5\u60a8\u3002 \uff08\u6bcf\u500b\u700f\u89bd\u5668\u7684\u8a2d\u5b9a\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8acb\u67e5\u770b\u700f\u89bd\u5668\u7684\u300c\u8aaa\u660e\u300d\u9078\u55ae\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e86\u89e3\u5982\u4f55\u8b8a\u66f4 Cookie \u504f\u597d\u8a2d\u5b9a\u3002\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-county-practices-regarding-cookies\"><strong>\u7e23\u7d1a\u95dc\u65bc Cookie \u7684\u898f\u5b9a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u8a72\u7e23\u5728\u5176\u4e00\u4e9b\u7db2\u8def\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u4e0a\u4f7f\u7528\u6301\u4e45\u6027 cookie\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-security\" data-toc=\"true\">\u5b89\u5168<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8a72\u7e23\u5df2\u63a1\u53d6\u591a\u9805\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4fdd\u969c\u5176\u96fb\u4fe1\u548c\u96fb\u8166\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u3002\u4f5c\u70ba\u5176\u6301\u7e8c\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u98a8\u96aa\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5b89\u5168\u63aa\u65bd\u5df2\u878d\u5165\u6574\u500b\u71df\u904b\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u5be6\u65bd\u548c\u65e5\u5e38\u5be6\u8e10\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7db2\u8def\u5b89\u5168\u8a08\u756b\u9075\u5faa\u8207\u7f8e\u570b\u806f\u90a6\u653f\u5e9c\u3001\u52a0\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c\u4ee5\u53ca\u91d1\u878d\u652f\u4ed8\u7522\u696d\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6a19\u6e96\u3002\u4fdd\u8b77\u63aa\u65bd\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
