County Airports supports safe operations by using a reporting system to identify safety hazards early, prevent incidents, and maintain safe airport operations. Use this form to report any airside hazard or unsafe condition that could cause an accident or incident on airport property.

Before you start

Hazard reporting is for on-site airport hazards only. You can report hazards such as:

• Foreign Object Debris (FOD)
  Small objects like rocks, tools, trash, or loose metal on airfield runways or taxiways.
• Spills
  Oil, fuel, or other liquids on airfield runways or taxiways.
• Pavement Defect
  Cracks, holes, or uneven pavement on airfield runways or taxiways.
• Navigation/Lighting Failure
  Lights, signs, or navigation systems on airfield runways or taxiways that stop working.
• Pedestrian/Vehicle Incursion
  When a person or vehicle accidentally enters a runway or taxiway without permission. This can be dangerous if an aircraft is landing or taking off.
• Weather Hazards (Floods, Fire, Lightning)
  Severe weather that can shut down runways, damage equipment, or create unsafe flying conditions.
• Other Hazards
  These include anything else that might cause danger, such as broken equipment or unexpected obstacles.
