  Note: You may be able to make RATHYDRO work by saving the RATHYDRO files in the “program files” directory vs. the default “program filesx86” directory. Some other options to perform the calculations and create a rational method hydrograph include (1) install and use RATHYDRO on an old 32 bit machine, or (2) create your own tool in an Excel spreadsheet using the equations provided in Chapter 6 of the Hydrology Manual.
