Public Comments
Non-agenda public comment is set at 45 minutes maximum to ensure that the public has an opportunity to speak or a comment submitted read into the record and that the Review Board has adequate time to conduct its open and closed session business. Please note that the per-speaker time limit will not be announced until the meeting begins and a total count taken of all speakers, in-person, online, and in the form of e-comments. Additionally, comments that cannot be included in the 45-minute limit for non-agenda public comment may submit a comment by completing the Request to Speak link available online or by submitting their e-comments. Those comments will be shared at the next CLERB meeting
