The County of San Diego Board of Supervisors Policy F-41 (Public Works Construction Projects) as amended by the County of San Diego Board of Supervisors on February 8, 2022, establishes a requirement that all bidders on public works projects solicited after June 30, 2022 be pre-qualified.
