The Housing Authority of the County of San Diego (HACSD) is excited to announce that our New Case Management System, Yardi, is now live.

During the transition period (September 17 through October 5, 2025), HACSD temporarily paused the ability to submit new wait list applications and make updates. That transition is now complete, and the new system is fully operational.

All applicants currently on a wait list have been successfully migrated into the new system, Yardi. You can now access your information through the RentCafe Portal.
