Request to Speak
To request to speak or submit a written comment in advance of the meeting, please email OBsuccessorAgency@sdcounty.ca.gov before 9:00am on the day of the meeting.
You may also request to speak during the meeting's Non-Agenda Public Comment item or as each individual Agenda item is considered. If in person, please indicate your request to speak when the public comment period is called for the item you wish to speak on. If virtual (Zoom), please indicate your request to speak by selecting "React" or "Reactions" on your screen then select "Raise Hand" when the public comment period is called for the item you wish to speak on. You will then be directed to unmute and speak on the item.
