Graduate Law Clerk Positions

DCSS offers paid full-time Graduate Law Clerk (GLC) positions for recent graduates (within the last 12 months) from an ABA accredited law school who are scheduled to take or have recently taken the California State Bar Exam and are awaiting results.

As a Graduate Law Clerk, you’ll work closely with experienced attorneys on all aspects of child support law and litigation while helping families secure the support they deserve.

Position:

Full-time (40 hours/week).

Skills:

Strong research, writing, and communication skills are highly desirable.
