The San Diego County Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) is committed to ensuring children receive the financial and medical support they are entitled to under California law. DCSS assists parents and legal guardians establish parentage, obtain child support orders, and enforce court-ordered obligations while playing a vital role in helping children, promoting family self-sufficiency, and reducing poverty. In supporting this mission, DCSS offers both unpaid Legal Intern Positions and paid Graduate Law Clerk (GLC) positions for qualified candidates.
