2026 Cesar Chavez Week of Action 

Join us for the Week of Action, a multi-day event in San Diego dedicated to workplace justice, community collaboration, and business empowerment. This event series, hosted by the County of San Diego Office of Labor Standards Enforcement (OLSE) and the Employee Rights Center, celebrates community and honors César Chávez's legacy.

Throughout the week, participants can attend educational workshops, community gatherings, and a legal and health resource clinic. Workers and businesses will learn about key employment laws and discover vital resources that support fair and just workplaces.
