Access to Independence helps people with disabilities live on their own and be a part of their community. The organization offers many different services to help people be independent and in control of their lives. These services include:

Transition: Helping people move from a hospital or care facility back to their own home.

Diversion: Helping people stay out of nursing homes by finding ways to live safely at home.

Peer Support: Connecting people with others who can share and give advice.

Personal Assistance: Helping with daily tasks like getting dressed, cooking, or cleaning.

Advocacy: Being a voice for people to make sure they get the support they need.

Information and Referral: Giving people information about services that can help them.
