The 8-week Public Health Nurse (PHN) Residency Program provides a comprehensive overview of the County’s public health and social services to nurses in their transition to public health nursing.  Opportunities for professional nurse development such as career advancement, nurse leader development, standardized, centralized and evidence-based approach to education.  The program provides learning opportunities that foster teamwork and relationship building.
