Countywide Activities

The County of San Diego's CalFresh Healthy Living program works to implement policy, systems, and environmental (PSE) changes in CalFresh Healthy Living-eligible communities to support healthier and more active lifestyles for all San Diego County residents. In addition to the four program domains (LIVE, LEARN, PLAY, and SHOP), the below activities span across multiple domains and have influence countywide.

Ecological Model to improve the likelihood that the SNAP-Ed eligible population will increase healthy behaviors through active transportation.
