Upcoming in-person "Ideas Exchange" Sessions for the 2026 Community Needs Assessment

 

Community Action Partnership (CAP) will host an in-person "Ideas Exchange" community meeting in each HHSA Region to provide the opportunity for Central, South, East, North Central, North Inland, and North Coastal community members to share feedback.

  • This is an opportunity to share your ideas and concerns!
  • Check back soon for more details about your community's upcoming session.

 

To request translation, American Sign Language (ASL) interpretations, or other accomodations for your community's upcoming Ideas Exchange session, please submit a request by July 24 or at least 7 days prior to the scheduled in-person Ideas Exchange session.

 

  •  For requests, please provide the following information via email to HHSA.Communities@sdcounty.ca.gov or call (619) 338-2799:
    • Region (refer to the zip codes listed below to determine your region/community)
    • Specific Accommodation Request (translation, ASL interpretation, etc.) 
    • Name, phone number and email address
