Lost Food Due to Fire, Flood or Power Outage?
Are you receiving CalFresh and have experienced a loss of food due to fire, flood, or power outage? If so, you can request replacement of your CalFresh benefits within 10 days.
How do I request a replacement of my CalFresh benefits?
- Call 2-1-1 San Diego
- To request a form, call the Access Customer Service Call Center at 1-866-262-9881
- Visit your local Family Resource Center to request a form
To request replacement benefits, view the form online CF303 form.
While completing the form, please include:
- Your contact information
- A short description of how your food was lost
- The time and date your food was lost
Submit the completed form online at BenefitsCal and follow the prompts. Or submit at your local Family Resource Center.
