Check Complaint Status

You can check the status of your pending complaint:

  1. Online
    • If you already have an online account in our Case Management System, simply log on and click on your case number. 
    • If you do not have an online account yet, it's easy! To create an account all you need is a valid email address and phone number. Once you create your account, and log in, you will see a list of the cases you have with OLSE. Click on the case you'd like further information on. (Our Case Management System is currently still in develop and should be implemented soon.)
  2. By Phone or Email
    • Call a staff member handling your case. If you have lost that information, or need other help regarding a specific matter, please contact us at (619) 531-5129.
