About: The North Central Live Well Center provides services to the community from various County programs.
Services:
- North Central Family Resource Center: Provides self-sufficiency services and eligibility determinations for State and County funded programs like CalWORKs, CalFresh, Cash Assistance for Immigrants (CAPI), Refuge Cash Assistance, Medi-Cal and General Relief.
- Public Health Clinic : Provides health services including: Immunizations , STD/HIV screenings , Tuberculosis testing , Naloxone distribution and nurse home visitation programs. For help over the phone, call 858-573-7300
