About:

The Public Health Center—North Central facility provides access to preventive health services & information. Public Health Nurse home visits with emphasis on communicable disease control and maternal child health particularly for high-risk families and individuals.

We also provide a daily immunization clinic for children and adults who do not have health insurance or whose health insurance does not cover vaccinations, Medi-Cal participants ages 0-18, Alaskan Native or American Indian ages 0-18, and persons 6 month and older in need of influenza (flu) vaccine regardless of health coverage. We do not provide travel related immunizations. For an appointment, please call 858-573-7300 or for self-service please schedule an on-line appointment.

The Public Health Center is NOW accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as payment methods. The cards may be swiped, inserted, or tapped (NFC). Google and Apple Pay are also accepted as a method of payment using the NFC tap function. 
No fees will be charged to the customer for using their credit/debit card.
