About: The Southeastern Live Well Center provides services to the community from various County programs. 

Services:

  • Family Resource Center (FRC): Provides self-sufficiency services and eligibility determinations for State and County funded programs like CalWORKs, CalFresh, Cash Assistance for Immigrants (CAPI), Refuge Cash Assistance, Medi-Cal and General Relief.
  • Public Health Center (PHC):   Provides health services including: Immunizations , STD/HIV screenings , Tuberculosis testing , Naloxone distribution and nurse home visitation programs. For help over the phone, call 619-229-5400.
