The Public Authority provides assistance to In-Home Supportive
Services (IHSS) recipients (consumers) and the providers (caregivers)
who help them. Staff at the Public Authority can assist consumers who
need help finding an available provider through the Registry. People
who want to work as IHSS providers and want to be added to the
Registry can learn more by using the contact information below.
The Public Authority can also help providers who want to begin working and need assistance to complete the enrollment process. And, the Public Authority can provide customer service and training to the IHSS providers for payroll-related questions, help completing time sheets, and more.
