The County of San Diego is offering all-in-one identity and fraud protection that helps keep your personal assets, identity, family, and tech safe from online threats through MetLife + Aura.

All regular employees are eligible for this plan and may sign up with MetLife directly. Please be advised that all plans, tools, and associated services provided through this offering are strictly intended for personal use, personal devices, and personal digital identities. Installation or use of any applications, including mobile applications, on county‑issued or county‑managed devices is expressly prohibited. Furthermore, all spam filtering, phishing protection, and web‑security technologies included in this offering are authorized solely for personal use and are not approved for deployment on any county systems or assets. Cost and Coverage Levels

  • Employee Only Plan – $8.15 per month
    • You are the only person over the age of 18 on the plan
    • You can add unlimited minors under the age of 18 if you have parental guardianship rights over the minor
  • Family Plan – $13.30 per month
    • You can add up to 10 adults no matter their age or address
    • You can add unlimited minors under the age of 18 if you have parental guardianship rights over the minor
