All regular employees are eligible for this plan and may sign up with MetLife directly.

Cost and Coverage Levels
- Employee Only Plan – $8.15 per month
- You are the only person over the age of 18 on the plan
- You can add unlimited minors under the age of 18 if you have parental guardianship rights over the minor
- Family
Plan – $13.30 per month
- You can add up to 10 adults no matter their age or address
- You can add unlimited minors under the age of 18 if you have parental guardianship rights over the minor
