Request a Letter of Support

Upon request from a community organization or partner, we at Public Health Services (PHS) can facilitate the approval process for a Letter of Support from the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) for funding or grant opportunities.

Letters of Support are approved and signed by our Deputy Chief Administrative Officer (DCAO) of the Health and Human Services Agency. Please allow six weeks for processing of your Letter of Support. If you need a Letter of Support sooner, please send us an email with your deadline and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

Requesting a Letter of Support does not guarantee that we will provide a letter of support. Receipt of a signed Letter of Support does not guarantee that the funding for your project will be awarded.
