Clinical and Safety Net Coordination (CSC) Division
The goal of the CSC Division is to ensure coordinated and equitable access to quality health and social care for Medi-Cal members in San Diego County. CSC acts as a liaison between the various organizations working together to increase access to Medi-Cal like Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports services. These partners include Medi-Cal managed care plans, health and social care providers, community organizations, consumers, and advocates.
