All regular employees have County paid Dependent Life Insurance in the amount of $2,000. If you covered a dependent under a Voluntary Accidental Death and Dismemberment plan, you may have an additional claim. In order to initiate the claim process, please call the Employee Benefits Division at 888-550-2203. We will initiate the claim for you and explain the next steps to expect in the process.
Critical Illness Claim
If you covered your dependent under the Allstate Critical Illness plan, and haven’t already made a claim, you may be eligible to make a claim now, depending on the nature of your dependent’s passing.
