Notice of Availability to Lease County-Owned Real Property

NOTICE IS GIVEN that it is the intention of the County of San Diego to lease County-owned real property in Fallbrook, California.  A draft lease agreement will be prepared pursuant to the provisions of the State Government Code and County Administrative Code.

The property is described as follows:

• Fallbrook Park and Community Center, 341 Heald Lane, Fallbrook, California 92028
  consisting of approximately 273 square feet on (portion of Assessor’s Parcel Number 105-520-79-00).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the County-owned property will be leased as follows:

1. Term: Not to exceed 10 years, commencing upon execution of the lease.
2. Permitted Use: for the operation and maintenance of a communication facility and appurtenances thereto.
3. Rent: Fair Market Rent of $3,645.50 per month, increasing 3% annually, plus utilities, maintenance.
