Notice of Availability to Lease County-Owned Real Property
NOTICE IS GIVEN that it is the intention of the County of San Diego to lease County-owned real property in Spring Valley, California. A draft lease agreement will be prepared pursuant to the provisions of the State Government Code and County Administrative Code.
The property is described as follows:
- Spring Valley Community Center – Daycare Building, 8735 Jamacha Boulevard, Spring Valley, California 91977 consisting of approximately 2,457 square feet of space in the Spring Valley Community Center and approximately 5,316 square feet of outdoor playground area and perimeter walkway area (portion of Assessor’s Parcel Number 548-160-43) in their “as is” condition.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the County-owned property will be leased as follows:
- Term: Amount not to exceed 10 years, commencing upon execution of lease
- Permitted Use: Operation of a licensed daycare center.
- Rent: Fair Market Rent is $4,433.18 per month plus utilities, maintenance, taxes.
