NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY TO LEASE COUNTY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY

NOTICE IS GIVEN that it is the intention of the County of San Diego to lease County-owned real property in Valley Center, California.  A lease agreement will be prepared pursuant to the provisions of the State Government Code and County Administrative Code.

The property is described as follows: 

• John M. Scibilia Field, Cole Grade Road, Valley Center, California 92082
  Approximately 0.06 acres of land (portion of Assessor’s Parcel Number 188-240-79)

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the County-owned property will be leased as follows:

1. Term: Nine (9) years, commencing upon execution
2. Permitted Use: Relocatable classrooms installed, operated and maintained by lessee
3. Rent: $1.00 annually
