Notice of Availability to Lease County-Owned Real Property

NOTICE IS GIVEN that it is the intention of the County of San Diego to lease County-owned real property in Encinitas, California.  A draft lease agreement will be prepared pursuant to the provisions of the State Government Code and County Administrative Code.
 

The property is described as follows:

    Encinitas I Inactive Burn Site, 137 North El Camino Real, Encinitas, California 92024 consisting of     approximately 18,000 square feet of land (portion of Assessor’s Parcel Number 259-121-37), which may be     improved by one or more structures in their “as is” condition.
 

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the County-owned property will be leased as follows:

    1.      Term: Amount not to exceed 10 years, commencing upon execution of lease

    2.      Permitted Use: Administrative offices, equipment storage for operations relating to recycling education.

    3.      Rent: Fair Market Rent is $2,700.00 per month plus utilities, maintenance, taxes.
