sites listed below. Days and times of services are subject to change,
so please call the site for current information (scroll down to see

Eligibility For Immunizations at County Public Health
Centers:
Important Information
The following individuals are eligible to receive immunizations at County Public Health Centers:
- Children and adults who do not have health insurance.
- Children and adults whose health insurance does not include vaccines.
- Persons 0-18 years who are Alaskan Native or American Indian.
- Persons 0-18 years who have Medi-Cal or are Medi-Cal eligible.
- Persons 6 months and older in need of influenza (flu) vaccine regardless of health coverage.
Individuals are not eligible for vaccines if their insurance includes vaccinations, even if there are co-pays or deductibles.
If you have any questions regarding your eligibility for vaccines at County Public Health Centers, please call your local Center.
Immunizations are provided at no charge. If you have one, please take your California Immunization Record (Yellow Card) to every visit.
Anyone not seen by clinic closing time will need to return another day. For information regarding TB skin testing, please call (619) 692-5565.

Routine childhood vaccines are available to protect against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (DTaP/DT/Td), haemophilus influenza type b (Hib), pneumococcal diseases (PCV7 and PCV23 for children with certain health conditions/risks), polio (IPV), measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), varicella (Var), hepatitis A (Hep A), hepatitis B (Hep B), rotavirus (RV) and human papilloma virus (HPV). Additionally, routine adult vaccines are available to protect against tetanus, diphtheria (Td) and measles, mumps and rubella (MMR). Adults with certain health conditions/risks may be eligible for pneumococcal vaccine (PCV23). Influenza (Flu) vaccine for seniors, children and adults is available each year in the fall.
