Submit a Public Comment

By submitting a public comment, you can share feedback on health care delivery issues that are critical to you or your community. You may share a public comment in-person or virtually through e-comment.

  • All public comments are to be submitted before the start of the meeting or prior to the agenda item.
  • Speakers may not yield their time to another person.
  • Time allotted to each speaker is determined by the Chair, and in general, is limited to three (3) minutes.

    Attendance is required at the Healthy San Diego meetings, at the County Operations Center, 5530 Overland Ave. Office Suite 270, Rooms 241-242.

    • In-Person Public Comment forms are available on site.
    • Speakers must submit a written "Public Communication Form to Speak" form to staff before the public comment session begins.
