RiverWay Specific Plan

Overview

The Riverway Specific Plan was established by the County of San Diego Board of Supervisors in 1991 for flood control improvements, an industrial business park, recreation and environmental protection measures for an approximately 592-acre Project Area on the San Diego River in the unincorporated community of Lakeside.
