Homeless Services Overview
An extensive effort by the County of San Diego and its partners to provide intensive wraparound services, including mental health counseling and housing, to homeless individuals with serious mental illness.   
Project One For All
The Continuum of Care (CoC) program is designed to promote the community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness.  
Regional Continuum of Care program
We help homeless veterans receive rental assistance and support services through this program.

The Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) is designed to be the first step in a continuum of assistance to prevent homelessness and to help homeless people move toward safe and healthy living.

Through the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program, we provide housing and support services for people with HIV-AIDS.  
The Inclement Weather Program (IWP) helps provide additional shelter services during periods of inclement weather.
