The Housing Authority of the County of San Diego (HACSD) transitioned to a New Case Management System, Yardi, in October 2026.
All applicants currently on a waitlist may access their information through the RentCafe Portal.
HACSD waiting lists are currently closed and no new applications are being accepted at this time.

You must always respond to our letters. If you do not respond or if your letter is returned as undeliverable, your name will be removed from the waiting list.
